Model 7300-C2 Aluminium Cut off cell with Carbide Tipped cut off saw. ( Manually control - Hydraulically assisted )

This cell utilizes the 7300-C2 Cut off Saw and a 3 Axis Casting Positioner, the machine features hydraulic clamping and remote manipulation. Allowing the rapid removal of risers and gating systems from Aluminium castings ranging up to 1.0 m dia. and weighing up to 900 Kg

A Carbide Tipped Cut-off saw utilized in a Robotic Fettling cell (Fully automated operation)

 

All the above saws have a typical cutting speed of 60 cm²/sec (3 in²/Sec ).
