CORE JOBBER

Core Jobber for gas hardened cores/moulds with blow head capacities of 25 & 50 Lts, designed to accommodate loose core boxes, but can be fitted with fixed core boxes for longer production runs.

Designed for fast jobbing type production of gas hardened cores/moulds utilising loose vertical or horizontally split core boxes. Available in 10, 15 & 20 Litre blow head sizes.

The Autoset Bullet Core Jobber

Designed for fast short run jobbing type production of gas hardened cores/moulds. The machine is specifically engineered to minimize machine set up times. The simple programming feature allows unskilled operatives to log in box sizes, along with gas & purge times, so that any pre logged box can be recalled in seconds the machine can store up to 1000 core box sizes. Both the standard Bullet & Autoset Bullet incorporate Air on oil clamping. Available in 10, 15 & 20 Litre blow heads.

The Richards RSA Rollover range of machines covers both manual, semi-automatic and hydraulic. The basic machine is engineered for a 2 part core box application, but it can be supplied as a multipart mode. The fully automatic RFA and the hydraulic RHA machines are designed to produce high volume shell cores on a continuous basis.

The Swiftcore is designed for high rate production. The push button console allows the machine to operate on a single or continuous cycle. The cores are ejected and discharged directly onto a conveyor belt. The machine is available in 3 sizes.

This core making machine is designed for speed and economical production of manually produced cores. It has the flexibility of a small machine.
