Fox TMCAFT Cut-Off With Air Float Table & Laser Positioner

The TMCAFT Post Mounted Hydraulic Cut-Off’s provide remote control of the wheel head with a pressure capability of up to 400 lbs. The controlled Hydraulic pressure enables the machine to cut up to 5 times faster than a manual operation, the even pressure enables greater wheel life and cooler cutting. Wheel sizes 30" & 24". The Gondola Air Float unit allows accurate positioning of the work under the abrasive disk with a vivid laser line at the cut point. When the work is in position a vacuum holds the gondola whilst the cut is made.

Fox Horizontal Travel Cut-Off

The Fox Horizontal travel Cut-Off machine is used for the removal of small castings from runner systems. The unit can be supplied either with an Air float table (shown) or with power clamping and fixturing, enabling rapid alignment and clamping.

Model 800/132/4 Dry Abrasive Cut off System.

Model 800/132/4 Dry Abrasive Cut off System. 132kW drive motor, Hydraulically powered 360 degree Rotating table with index points at 90' and 180' 900 mm cross travel movement with 560 mm fore & aft movement. The abrasive wheel is recessed into a powered wheel guard during casting loading and unloading.

Wheel size & type 815 x 11 x 100 depressed centre Wheel speed 2300 rpm = 100 m/sec peripheral speed.

Front powered sliding door. The machine is fully sound insulated.

Model 760/30 Dry swing frame Abrasive Cut off

This cutting machine has a cross traverse facility and enclosure. 

30 kW drive. Wheel diameter 760 mm 

 

 

Model 508/22 Dry Abrasive Cut off

 

General purpose cutting. The cutting head approaches from the rear, manual control with power assistance, The table traverses across (manual control). The castings can be cut with location fixtures only (clamping not required)
