Richards Heavy Duty Snagging Grinder.

The Grinding wheel face remains in a constant position providing maximum manoeuvrability for grinding castings, throughout the wheel life, The constant peripheral wheel speed feature ensures effective metal removal rates even at small wheel diameters. (within 38 mm of the flanges)

A 22 kW motor (30 hp.) provides exceptional metal removal rates, with the 30" wheel. Surface wheel speeds of 48, 60, & 63 M/s are dependant upon application This Rugged, Reliable and Proven m/c is accepted as standard by which others are judged. Pressure aids & Pneumatic rise & fall tables are optional.

Richards FlashLite Grinder.

This lighter duty constant peripheral wheel speed grinder is suitable for light pad & flash removal. The 24" x 8" x 2" wheel is capable of being used up to 80% of the abrasive

A 5.5 kW motor (7.5 hp.) provides good metal removal rates, with hand pressure only. The Surface wheel speeds is 48 M/s. This Reliable and Proven m/c is slim & space saving, quickly installed. and effective in operation.

Fox 400 Series Stand Grinder

The Fox 400 Series Grinders are available as single speed, Single end/Double end machines, and are easily adaptable for combination grinder/cut-off machines. There is 27" between the wheels on double ended machines. The spindles accept 20" x 1" to 2" x 8" or 10" wheels and 20" x 3/8" max 1" slotting wheels

Model 1090-125 Swing Frame Grinder

Manual High speed Swing Frame Abrasive Cut-Offs

Fox C Range Manual Swing Frame Cut-Off

The C range of High speed cut-off machines are a fast and economical means for removing gates, and risers from castings. The swing frame design allows full 180’ maneuverability through swings 90’ right or left. In addition to straight wheel cut-offs, a depressed centre wheel with a recessed flange allows cuts up to a fraction of an inch from the casting face. These cut off machines are available in 30,24,20 & 16" wheel sizes.

Fox Table Mounted Swing Frame Cut-Off’s

The Fox Table Mounted Cut-Off’s can be picked up with a crane for use as a swing Frame Cut-Off or used on the table as a Chopper. With the swing frame locked in a fixed position the machine can be used to push the work into the wheel for slotting. Wheel sizes 30" & 24".

Fox TMCAFT Cut-Off With Air Float Table & Laser Positioner

The TMCAFT Post Mounted Hydraulic Cut-Off’s provide remote control of the wheel head with a pressure capability of up to 400 lbs. The controlled Hydraulic pressure enables the machine to cut up to 5 times faster than a manual operation, the even pressure enables greater wheel life and cooler cutting. Wheel sizes 30" & 24". The Gondola Air Float unit allows accurate positioning of the work under the abrasive disk with a vivid laser line at the cut point. When the work is in position a vacuum holds the gondola whilst the cut is made.

Air Floating Jib Crane

 AIR FLOAT JIB CRANE.

The Fox Air Float Jib Crane provides a unique new type of suspension system for swing frame grinders, swing frame cut-off machines and Action   Impactors, The exclusive  Fox air-float trolley that supports the hoist and grinder or other tools, literally floats on air providing virtually friction-free movement. A slight squeeze on the handlebar grips applies air to the trolley floating the grinder or cut off machine to the jib or both  as required. A unique feature of this unit is that the grinder or other  tool can be easily moved and  then will stop and hold in a given position without drifting upon releasing the handlebar grip. Movement parallel to the jib can be achieved instead of the usual arc as is the case when suspended by a fixed crane position.
