A Single Source Capability Providing Engineering, Manufacturing & Installation of Robotic Solutions

Flexible Finishing Solutions: A Fettling solution for the future - now. The FOXALL Casting Finishing Cell can provide cut off, grinding, fettling and de-burring of raw castings, Machined Castings, die castings & High pressure Die castings. Its unique TruTeach® software automatically generates programmed coordinates and its HSK tool changing mechanism allows the utilization of an extensive array of tooling options. ( see the August/Sept 2003 issue of The Cast Metal Times). An optional Force Control Machining Package is available if Compliant machining is required. The Foxall machine provides all the features of a Flexible Finishing Cell.

For Ferrous & Non Ferrous Metals
  • Optional High Speed Turntable for High Part throughput for load/unload during the machine cycle

  • Easy to program on line or off line with our TruTeach® software package.

  • Bar code Fixture & part identification.

  • 4 x 90º part fixture rotator for complete access to part.

  • 2 Load position Turntable

  • Large work envelope.

  • optional tool change rack.

  • Multiple view ports for easy visual inspection.

  • Foundry Duty for rugged harsh environments.

  • Optional Force Control Package.

  • Foundry Duty Construction & Engineering
  • Grind Faster with More Force
  • Cut Risers flush with Casting
  • High Speed Parting Line Removal
  • Faster Grinding yields Greater Production
  • Grind Large & Small Riser Pads
  • Large Range of Compliant Work Tools
  • Complete Cleaning room systems
  • Consistent & Repeatable results.
  • Compliant Force Control Package

The Force Control Machining is available as an option with this cell. This enables the robot to become "compliant" or soft and thus determine its own path speed to accommodate a surface that  varies from part to part e.g. variable flash thickness & height from part to part. This feature greatly enhances to range of work and material that can be accommodated.
