THE TRUFOAM PRODUCTION LOST FOAM CASTING SYSTEM (patented)

The Trufoam Production Lost Foam casting System provides
  • Fill and compaction, mould dump, and pouring stations that may be located at any position
  • Simple rugged and reliable operation
  • No pits- floor mounted plant for simple, quick access
  • Accurate indexing of all stations for operation with an autopour unit
  The pouring of the moulding flasks can be manual.
  Or by Autopour unit.
  The Gondola's index by hydraulic actuators and ride on rail track.
  Discharge of the flask & casting is automatic.
  The sand pours out of the flask and the casting is removed by robot or discharged onto a vibrating tray feeder.
